The Seminar
will explore advance topics in Security as applied to embedded technologies and
wireless networks. Topics addressed will
include but not limited to various security aspects, such as Key management,
various attacks, attack mitigation, and intrusion detection, proactive and
reactive security measures as applied to:

· Sensor

· RFID based
networks
· Ad Hoc
networks applied to transportation (Vehicular)
· Ad
Hoc/Sensor networks applied to body area networks

Pervasive networks
· Delay
tolerant networks

security challenges in prevalent mobile devices

related to mobile applications

based security approaches

Standards
Sstudents will research on an assigned topic, solve a significant problem,
write a report and give a presentation.
