The spatial synchronization, usually known as layout relationship, defines the space used for the presentation of a media object. Many digital library applications require spatial synchronization, such as distributed publishing. Enforcing spatial synchronization has been well studied in graphical tools. We will integrate these techniques with the enforcement of temporal synchronization.
