Security is an important issue in todays's distributed information
processing. We are looking at the problem of multilevel security,
intrusion detection, strategic intrusion assessment and recovery.
Application areas include enterprise servers, information
technology, distributed voting systems, and wireless communication.
An on-line concurrent intrusion detection scheme is being developed
for application in distributed computing environment as part of a
research grant from the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory, Rome,
New York.
There has been a significant growth in distributed systems and also applications running on such infrastructure. We investigate various issues such as video-on-demand, multicasting, ad-hoc mobile networks, enterprise systems, etc.
VLSI Testing is an integral part of the logic design and chip manufacture process. We investigate efficient ways to test chips. Apart from that, our work involves building fault tolerant architectures.
