Due to several requests, the deadline for IEEE Special Issue on Secure Knowledge Management has been extended till  March 1, 2005. However we need the authors to submit a one page abstract with five keywords by February 1 to skm-2004@cse.buffalo.edu so that we can start the review planning process. Articles submitted before March 1, will be sent out for review earlier.

SKM 2004 concluded on September 24, 2004 as per schedule. The Organizing Committee thanks all the authors and participants. The Best Paper Award will be posted shortly on the webpage.
