Submitting Homework 2 |
You need to submit Homework 2 in my office by 12:00 noon
Monday. After you submit the homework, you can collect
the solution key from me.
Try to come around noon +/- an hour. If you submit
the homework much sooner, you will have to wait until
after noon to collect the solution key.
We do have Recitation this week. If you cannot make it
to Friday recitation (because you want to take an
early spring break), make an attempt to attend the
Monday's recitation.

Submitting Project 1 |
You need to submit the code for the 2nd part of Project 1. In addition,
you need to submit a hardcopy report by Feb. 28th in the class.
Submit the code by Tuesday 12:00 noon, using the procedure
below.
We have created a submit directory on the cse server. Once your
project is completed, create a zipped file and make submission
as follows. Name your files using the lastname of the group leader.
You can use the following commands on the Unix prompt.
>
> gzip lastname-project1.extension
> submit_cse566 lastname-project1.extension.gz
Since most of you have already demonstrated the project to the
TA (parts 1 and 2), there is no separate demo session. If you need
any additional slots, contact the TA (rc53@cse.buffalo.edu). The
project must be completed by Tuesday noon.
Your hardcopy report should include the following:
For part 1, how you hooked up the subnets, how did you test
the subnets and any experience (if it didn't work, why it
didn't work, etc.)
For part 2, describe the setup briefly and include a printout of
the code and describe how you tested the attack.
