The Planning Meeting for the Conference on Hot Topics in Engineering and Applied Sciences (HotEng 2014) will be held in Buffalo, NY between September 28-29th, 2013.
HotEng 2014 will bring together researchers and practitioners from academia and industry working on the broadly defined and cross-cutting areas of engineering and applied sciences. The participants will identify, present and discuss new, emerging, and hot ideas and trends in the important fields of engineering and applied sciences which especially have wide and immediate societal impact.
HotEng will identify several high-impact priority areas and will invite submissions in those areas for its first conference in 2014. Submissions in other emerging areas of engineering and applied sciences will also be welcome. More details about the HotEng 2014 Conference will be available at this web page in late 2013.
There will be an Engineering Mini Symposium on September 28th, 2013 in conjunction with the HotEng 2014 Planning Meeting. For this Engineering Mini Symposium, the organizing committee has identified the following thematic tracks:
