
For course-related help, your professor and teaching assistants are there to help you. But sometimes you need general help, or just need to be pointed in the right direction. Here are some other sources of help you can use:
The CSE Information Technology staff maintains an IT Service Catalog containing lots of useful information about the department's facilities and equipment.
The department has a student-staffed Help Desk. When it is open, you can just drop in to ask your questions.
When it's not convenient to drop by the Help Desk, send your question to cse-consult@buffalo.edu via e-mail. A member of the technical staff will respond.
