BIOGRAPHY
Lei Shi received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from the Department of Electrical Information, Sichuan University , Chengdu, China in 2003 and 2006, respectively. Currently he is a Graduate Teaching and Research Assistant in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, State University of New York at Buffalo , pursuing his Ph.D. degree under the supervision of Prof. Aidong Zhang .
Research Interest
Data mining and machine learning, with emphasis on modeling, managing, and mining large-scale graphs and networks in bioinformatics such as protein-protein interaction networks and social networks.
