Prepare your final manuscript according to SPIE's specifications, which can be found on their website. The maximum number of pages for regular papers allowed (without charge) is 12.

1. Please email the final paper (in PDF format ONLY, removing foreign fonts if possible) to both Dru Lundeng and wobs@cse.buffalo.edu By July 21st, 2003 (no copyright form is needed at this moment).
2. At least one co-author of the paper has to register as the full-member before 07/31/03 in order to have their paper included in the proceeding (even though a student may present the paper) - the fee includes a lunch, a reception and a copy of the proceedings for WOBS (all three are separated from Opticomm) - and at least one co-author is expected to present the paper. The registration is done through the registration page. There'll be a $100 discount if a person registers for both Opticomm and WOBS.
