A student writes:
"The homework answers posted on the website are requesting
authorization to read the file. I tried entering my username and
password but I guess I do not have sufficient privleges to view the
file."

Reply:  
Read the "Note" at the top of the HW page, and try clicking on
the 2nd and 3rd links :-)

If you still can't figure it out, let me know.
