The exam is planned for taking 2 hours; you'll have 3 hours in which to
do it (8-11 am).  Thus, I expect it to  be twice as long as the midterm,
give or take a few minutes.

I don't know what a "POC" is, but, yes, I will give you the Rules of
Inference; you don't need to memorize them--but you should understand
them and know how to use them.
