NETIQUETTE

If your reply is a short phrase of praise to the sender, don't send it to everybody; just send it to the sender (use "reply")
Include some, but not all, of the original message that you are replying to (edit out the irrelevant portions).
Turn OFF "HTML" encoding; send only plain text messages.
