Aargh!!  OK--this time I was clever enough to have downloaded my own
copies, so I changed the link to point to my copies.  You'll need
to use username = Bill and password = Rapaport to access them.

IJMC closed all their previously open files, and must have put
pressure on Franklin to do the same, 'cause they were open as
recently as last week!

UB doesn't subscribe; you can get any article via ILL, but that
can take weeks.
