Originally 1997, for our CSE305: Programming Languages course.  My prior
belief that the "Millennium Bug" would fizzle, plus dis-satisfaction with the
line with "-db" (the Gnu debugger is gdb, or -ggdb in gcc) and the two lines
after "keeping watch in the code!", kept me from publicizing this further.
