Hotel Reservation

Guests can go online to www.doubletreebethesda.com, click on the Reservations Tab, enter dates and on the Special Accounts Section enter ACM for the Group/Convention Code. The special rate is $189 plus tax per night.

For reservations by phone, Guests can call 1-800-955-7359 and request the group rate for SB/SE ETK Training or the Group SRP/Code: ACM.

The special room rate is only available for reservations made on or before September 6.

Directions from Dulles Airport

            Travel time is between 35 minutes to 1 hour.

Leaving the Airport, follow the signs to the Dulles Airport Access Road (Dulles Toll Road), Rt. 267. Stay on this road for 13.1 miles.

Take exit 18, I-495 North/Capital Beltway towards Baltimore. You will enter the state of Maryland. The road will split, stay to the right to remain on I-495.

Take exit 34, MD-355 South towards Wisconsin Ave/Bethesda.

After driving for just over 2 miles, the hotel will be on the right. It is just past Maple Ave. If you reach Highland Ave, you have passed the hotel.


Directions from Washington/Reagan National Airport

            Travel time is between 30 and 55 minutes.

Leaving the airport, go straight and head towards I-395/GW Parkway North/US-50 W/I-66/Washington.

After traveling one quarter mile, you will merge onto the George Washington Memorial Pky N (going into DC and Virginia). You will be on this road for approximately 11.7 miles.

Merge on I-495 North/Capital Beltway. This will take you into Maryland.
The road will split, stay to the right to remain on I-495.

Take exit 34, MD-355 South towards Wisconsin Ave/Bethesda.

After driving for just over 2 miles, the hotel will be on the right. It is just past Maple Ave. If you reach Highland Ave, you have passed the hotel.


Directions from Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI)

            Travel time is between 45 and 60 minutes.

Exit the airport and head west on I-195 West. Stay on I-195 west for 4.4 miles.

Take exit 4B, I-95 South towards Washington. Stay on I-95 for 19.6 miles.

Take exit 27, Merge on I-495 West/Capital Beltway towards Silver Spring. Remain on I-495 for 7.8 miles.

Take Exit 33, MD-185 S/Connecticut Ave, towards Chevy Chase. Stay on this road for 0.4 miles.

Turn left on MD-185 S/Connecticut Ave. Proceed for 0.4 miles.

Turn right on Jones Bridge Road. If you reach Manor Rd, you have gone about a quarter mile too far.

Turn left on Rockville Pike, MD-355. Proceed for 0.4 miles. This is Wisconsin Ave. Hotel is just pasted Maple Ave.
