Submission of Gars

1. Build your Gar file using tutorial_build.sh

2. It will store the gars in build/lib

3. Copy the .gar file, to $GLOBUS_LOCATION/studentgars

	cp <filename.gar> $GLOBUS_LOCATION/studentgars

4. If you need to make changes to your service, once again repeat steps 1-3.
