A chest x-ray at = Suburban and a repeat chest x-ray at Children's were both negative. A = pulse ox was 96 percent on room air. Patient required albuterol aerosols = q one hour for increased work of breathing. Patient was afebrile. = Patient was admitted to the floor with albuterol aerosols, IV solumedrol = and Atrovent aerosols. Overnight, the patient markedly improved, and by the morning the patient = had a benign lung exam.
